How do I import orders to "Order History"?
How do I add my past orders to my order history? (Order Import)
- Orders can be imported to your account using 'Link Past Orders' or 'Import Orders' links in 'My Account'. Be sure you have your order numbers ready!
I don't see my recent order on the Order History page (orders placed without logging into My Account)
- Please check your Shopping Cart to ensure that your order was finalized.
- You may not have been logged in to your account when the order was placed and went through your checkout as a guest.
- If you accidentally placed an order with another account and want it to be imported, please contact our support for assistance
