What types of payments do you accept?

Credit & Debit Cards

• We gladly accept payments from a wide variety of credit card carriers including, but not limited to: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All personal information is encrypted by our secure server to ensure any transaction you place with us is 100% safe. OpticsPlanet does not capture funds from your card until your items are available and ready to be shipped. If you are using a debit card, please note your bank may hold your funds once your purchase has been pre-authorized during the checkout process. For more information about bank-specific rules that may apply, please contact your card-issuing bank.
• Prior to ordering, please confirm your billing address provided matches the address that appears on your current credit card statement. Please note all orders placed with a credit/debit card are subject to review.

PayPal

• OpticsPlanet offers customers the option of paying for purchases via PayPal. Orders placed using this payment method are verified by and follow PayPal's terms and conditions. To pay via PayPal, simply select the "Check out with PayPal" option at checkout.
• Please note we require your shipping address to be confirmed by PayPal for all domestic orders and your account to be verified by PayPal for all orders prior to ordering. In addition, there are certain items that may be restricted by PayPal and cannot be ordered using this payment method. If restrictions apply, this payment option will be unavailable during checkout.
• Since PayPal requires an authorization to be run prior to releasing your order to us, OpticsPlanet does not capture funds until your items are available and ready to be shipped.

Zelle

• OpticsPlanet offers customers the option of paying via Zelle. Orders placed with Zelle are verified and follow Zelle and the payer’s banking institutions terms and conditions.
• OpticsPlanet is not responsible for Zelle payments that cannot be applied due to insufficient information.
• Please note that OpticsPlanet cannot issue refunds for Zelle payments. All Zelle payments are final. Refunds will be provided as store credit.
• To pay via Zelle, please contact our Customer Care department to place a manual order.

Store Credit

• Customers can accumulate Store Credit by returning merchandise purchased from OpticsPlanet. To see exactly how much Store Credit you have available, simply log on to your OpticsPlanet account, and view your Store Credit balance under "Payments".
• Store Credit can be used as a payment method for any order placed and never expires. Any balance applied to your next purchase will be deducted from your account. Any excess credit remaining in your account after your purchase can be applied to your next order with us. If your purchase cost exceeds available Store Credit, another form of payment will be required to cover the remainder. Please allow up to seven business days for your member page to reflect any changes to your Store Credit amount.

OpticsPlanet Bucks

• You will receive OP Bucks for every order with eligible items made on OpticsPlanet. The more you spend, the more you earn! Bucks represent a promotional balance that serves to discount your purchase and can be applied to reduce your order total by decreasing the amount owed for merchandise. It is not a payment method, though, depending on how many OP Bucks you have accumulated, you could effectively pay nothing if the redeemed OP Bucks covered the cost of merchandise in your order!
