How to send payments through PayPal/Zelle
How can I send a payment using PayPal:
- Access PayPal: Open the PayPal mobile app or PayPal’s website (www.paypal.com).
- Send Money: On the PayPal Dashboard, click “Send” or “Send Money” option.
- Recipient Information: Enter sales@opticsplanet.com in the ‘Enter a name, email or mobile’ field
- Chose Purpose: Select “Pay for item or service” in the drop-down menu.
- Enter Amount: Enter the amount due for your OpticsPlanet order.
- Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method, which can be a linked bank account, debit/credit card, or PayPal balance.
- Add a Note: Enter your order number for efficient processing.
- Review and Confirm: When appropriately entered, PayPal will verify OPTICSPLANET, INC. as the recipient.
- Send Payment: Click the “Send” or “Confirm” button to initiate payment.
- Confirmation: You will receive confirmation that the payment has been sent by email or notification.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to PayPal’s seller protection policies, we can only ship your order to the address provided by PayPal.
How to checkout using Zelle:
- Access Zelle: Open your bank’s mobile app or online banking website.
- Locate Zelle: Find the Zelle option within your bank’s app or website. It may be in the “Payments” or “Send Money” section.
- Select Recipient: Type in zelle@opticsplanet.com.
- Enter Amount: Enter the amount due for your OpticsPlanet order.
- Add Order Information: In the “WHAT IS THIS FOR” section, enter your order number and email address used on your order to accurately and efficiently process your payment.
- OpticsPlanet is not responsible for Zelle payments that cannot be applied due to insufficient information.
- Enter Reason: Please include your Order Number & email associated with your order
- Payments that do not include these cannot be processed
- Confirm Details: When appropriately entered, Zelle will verify OPTICSPLANET, INC. as the recipient.
- Send payment: Click the “Send” or “Confirm” button to initiate the transfer.
- Verify: Some banks may require additional confirmation using a security code or password.
- Confirmation: You will receive confirmation that the payment has been sent by email or notification.
