Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my FFL item(s) after it ships to my preferred FFL dealer?
- No, once an FFL item has shipped to your approved FFL dealer, cancellations are prohibited. Please contact your FFL dealer to facilitate a product return.
Can I return my FFL item(s) after I’ve completed the transfer?
- No. Once an FFL item has been transferred to you by your FFL dealer, cancellations and returns are prohibited. Post-transfer issues should be directed to your item’s manufacturer.
What happens if I need to return my firearm before the transfer?
- Pre-transfer returns are accepted with a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs paid by you.
