How do I know if the item is in-stock or backordered?
How do I know if the item is in-stock or backordered?
- If you already have placed your order, the order confirmation email will give you an estimate of how long your order will take to fulfill and ship to you.
- If you have not yet placed your order, you can check whether an item is in stock or not by using our Check Availability feature. You'll find the link directly on the product page near each individual model of an item. If an item is in stock, the information will show automatically. If an item is not currently in stock, clicking the link will check the availability of the item from our suppliers and provide an estimate of when it will be available for shipment. This is only an estimate, and sometimes items take longer to source than expected (and sometimes they are available a lot sooner too!) The availability of an item can change frequently, so make sure you check before you place your order!
