How do I cancel my order?
How do I cancel an order?
From the Check Order Status page, you can cancel your order at any time using the "Cancel My Order" button.
- You have the option to cancel your entire order or individual items from your order, and we will send you a cancellation confirmation email when completed.
- If your order has been approved for shipping you will not be able to cancel the order through the website. Please contact us, and we will help you cancel your order.
How do I cancel an order with the OpticsPlanet App?
- Open your app, open the main menu, and then:
- Sign in
- Then navigate to "Order History"
- From this page, you can cancel your order at any time using the "Cancel My Order" button. You have the option to cancel your entire order or individual items from your order.
If your order has been approved for shipping you will not be able to cancel the order through the website. Please contact us, and we will help you cancel your order.
