What are OpticsPlanet's international shipping options?
What are OpticsPlanet's international shipping options?
- We ship our products worldwide via UPS and USPS. This method is dependent on the shipping method chosen during checkout and your shipping location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification providing the shipping carrier and tracking information for your order.
What are the international shipping rates?
- Shipping costs can be determined at the cart page before purchase using our Shipping Calculator feature right from your cart. The shopping cart will show you the total in US dollars ($) including shipping before you place your order.
- Simply follow these steps:
- Add item(s) into the shopping cart
- On "View Cart" page, enter the country of destination, and shipping method into the Shipping Calculator
- Hit "Apply"
- Once the page reloads, the total will appear (including cost of product, shipping and any other fees/taxes, if applicable). Charges will only be processed once the order is fulfilled.
How can I find out if an item is able to be shipped to my country?
- OpticsPlanet ships internationally to almost any destination worldwide. After the order is placed, our system automatically selects the most efficient shipping method based on destination, size, and weight.
- Please note that some products are prohibited from shipping internationally and/or may require additional authorization from the U.S. Government or our suppliers. Sometimes, this is due to contractual restrictions by our manufacturing partners. In other cases, restrictions are imposed by the U.S. Government. For more details, please read our Export Policy and Export Restrictions. We will notify you if there are any restrictions which prevent your order from shipping.

Am I responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes?
- Please make sure to check your local laws, rules, and regulations in regards to all custom/brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and restrictions imposed on goods imported into the country of destination as all fees mentioned above are the responsibility of the recipient and not OpticsPlanet. All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
