I forgot to sign in before placing my order - can I still earn OpticsPlanet Bucks?
I forgot to sign in before placing my order - can I still earn OpticsPlanet Bucks?
Not a problem! As long as you link an eligible order to your account before any Bucks that would have been awarded would expire, you can still get your OpticsPlanet Bucks!
For Desktop Users:
- Log in to your account, and access your Order History.
- At the bottom of the list of the orders in your account, you'll find a link that says "Click here to import old orders."
- Enter the order number and provide the information requested.
- Your order will now be associated with your account, and you'll earn any Bucks you are eligible for!
Mobile Users:
- Log into your account, and access your Order History
- At the bottom of the list of orders in your account, you'll find a button that says "Import Orders"
- Enter the order number and hit "Verify"
- Your order will now be associated with your account, and you'll earn any Bucks you are eligible for!
For Mobile App Users:
- This feature it not yet available for the OpticsPlanet mobile app! Please view the section "For Mobile Users.
I placed an order, but don't see the order or Bucks in My Account.
- If you don't see your order under "Order History", you may have placed them without logging in to your account. You can link past orders to your account for easy access and to receive Bucks when eligible!
- Follow the instructions listed above to link your order to your account.
I don't have an account, but I placed an order and would like to receive OpticsPlanet Bucks.
- You can follow the same steps listed above after you create an account. Once you've verified your email address and completed the registration process, you'll be able to link your order and receive Bucks for any eligible orders.
