How do I return my order?
My order says "Item on order" what does this mean?
- We are working on sourcing your item from our suppliers, and will ship it once we've received it.
My order has an ETA, what does this mean?
- An ETA it means there has been a backorder placed and we are in the processes of getting an item in stock to fulfill your item.
My order says "Cancelled" what does this mean?
- Your order has been cancelled due to the order not meeting compliance, rejected for export, or the item has been discontinued. Our Customer Care team is available to help you find an alternative replacement if your order has been cancelled. Feel free to contact us.
My order says "Needs Attention" what should I do?
- We require additional information in order to continue processing your order. Please contact us at your earliest convenience.
My order says "Order Pending" - what does that mean?
- This means that your order has yet to be approved or we are waiting for further information.
My order says "Order Being Fulfilled" - what does that mean?
- Your order is being packed for shipment. We'll provide a tracking number as soon as it is available.

- We've set aside the in-stock items for your order, but are awaiting delivery of the remaining items in your order from our suppliers. Your entire order will be shipped as soon as we have everything on hand. We may be able to ship the in-stock items now for an additional fee.
